A mid-rise hotel with a customized design package inspired by mid-century modern design, while incorporating Residence Inn brand standard. Enter this boutique-like hotel through the amazing lobby which features an elegant 3-sided fireplace, a custom welcome desk with hand crafted wood components, and cozy sitting areas with a back drop of decorative screens and sheers to soften the natural light. The breakfast area occupies the third floor. A variety of seating arrangements are provided, including a full service bar designed to transition from breakfast to cocktails in a classic style. Other amenity areas consist of a fitness center and meeting room located on the second floor and a 24-hour market off the lobby. Custom lighting, wallcoverings & finishes, furniture, and original artwork are present throughout this 152 guest room hotel. |
